NOC shift and Flexible Day / Evening shift caregivers

Our facility is a privately owned 40 bed assisted living facility located on the North side of Spokane. We strive to provide excellent care in a more homelike setting.

Experience is a plus, but not necessary. No HCA OR NAC Certification- hourly rates start at $17.50 per hour

Current HCA or NAC Certification- hourly rates start at $19.00 per hour

We are hiring for the following shifts :

DAY SHIFT :

FLEX SCHEDULE DAY SHIFT : ( Must have active HCA, NAC or have completed 75 hour HCA program waiting for test date to apply for this shift )

32 hours guaranteed with option to pick up additional hours if desired when available.- Must have open availability during the week to work any day between 7am-3pm.

Schedule will be posted in two week increments. Offering higher hourly wage (to be discussed in interview) due to the need to be flexible in scheduling.

EVENING SHIFT :

FLEX SCHEDULE EVENINGS : ( Must have active HCA, NAC or have completed 75 hour HCA program waiting for test date to apply for this shift )

32 hours guaranteed with option to pick up additional hours if desired when available.- Must have open availability during the week to work any day between 3pm-11pm.

Schedule will be posted in two week increments. Offering higher hourly wage (to be discussed in interview) due to the need to be flexible in scheduling.

NOC SHIFT : (eligible for $1.00 per hour differential)

1.) (8 hours a week- PART TIME) Saturday night 11pm-7am

2.) Wednesday-Saturday with Sunday nights on call (11pm-7am, 32-40 hours per week)

Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to :

Watching out for the general safety of residents

Assisting with ADL's ie : oral care, grooming, dressing, eating and brief changes.

Assist with toileting

Assist with bathing

Provide companionship
