We are hiring for attorney positions with different levels of experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Attorney, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently reviewing contracts, researching healthcare provider claims and thoroughly documenting investigation results.

Your goal will be to identify and implement timely resolution strategies resulting in maximum recovery percentage rates with a minimal average lifecycle for all matters.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• As an Associate Attorney Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years litigation experience and a healthcare background.
• As a Senior Attorney you'll be required to have 10+ years of litigation experience and a healthcare background.
• You’ll have Litigation / Dispute Resolution experience along with excellent analytical and writing skills. You’ll have the ability to manage a significant caseload and produce quality work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• It’s a plus if you have experience with health plan and / or hospital operations, with hospital reimbursement and / or revenue cycle.
