Description of the role : As a Home Health Aide and CNA at Home Health Works, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to our clients in Clearwater, Florida.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
Responsibilities : - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Prepare meals and help with feeding if necessary - Administer medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility devices if needed - Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare team - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Keep accurate records of client care, including daily activity logs and any changes in condition - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients Requirements : - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide and CNA - Proven experience in providing personal care services, 1-2+ years - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Benefits : - Competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $19 per hour - Flexible scheduling options - Paid time off and holidays - Health insurance options - professional development opportunities About the Company : Home Health Works is a reputable healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality home health services to individuals in Clearwater, Florida.
