We are currently seeking a Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year.
This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address each student's specific challenges.
- Deliver direct virtual therapy sessions and track students' progress through telepractice.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to achieve communication goals for students.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes.
- Utilize a comprehensive toolkit and advanced virtual tools to enhance the effectiveness of therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a plus.
- Experience working with the ASD community is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
