Travel Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) – Amsterdam, NY

Assignment : 13 weeks

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, strictly 5 / 8s

On-Call : Required (every 4th weekend + up to 2 weekday calls)

A facility in Amsterdam, NY is seeking an experienced Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) for a 13-week travel assignment. Candidates must have minimum 3 years OR experience and at least 1 year travel experience (preferably with renewals). DaVinci Robotic experience is required.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 3 years OR experience in general surgery, spine, ortho, ENT, OB / GYN, urology, oral surgery, podiatry

BLS required

Call : 4 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM; weekend call Friday 4 : 30 PM – Monday 7 : 00 AM

DaVinci Robotic experience required ; most on-call cases include C-sections, appendectomies, orthopedic procedures

Travel experience required

Strictly 5 / 8s schedule

Patient Load : 6 beds – 1 : 1 patient ratio
