You will be pivotal in achieving sales objectives and revenue targets for your territory. Engage healthcare professionals through field interactions, and effective selling skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Exceed territory sales goals through effective daily field sales activity.
  • Develop and implement territory business plans for sales success.
  • Compliantly communicate with customers, using effective selling and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain positive impressions with customers and the client.
  • Prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions.
  • Successfully complete all required client and product training.
  • Not all inclusive and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Successful specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Track record of sales success needed.
  • Biologics experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital meeting platforms
  • Excellent verbal, written, and impactful communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus, integrity, and selling skills.
  • Initiative, resilience, and drive for results.
  • Sound decision-making skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical / medical terminology.
  • Effective collaboration skills; able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Valid US driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • Residence within the territory at the time of hire required.
