As Account Executive, your role is critical in managing and growing relationships with key clients, providing
exceptional service, and delivering customized solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your work has a significant
impact on client satisfaction, revenue growth from new prospects and upselling, and overall business success. You
support employers and provide critical benefits that protect employees’ well-being and financial security. Your
expertise in navigating the complex landscape of healthcare benefits is crucial for employers who rely on you to
stay compliant with regulations and industry best practices. You consult regularly with clients to review claims and
utilization data. During annual renewals, you work closely with employers to design and evaluate benefit packages
to ensure budget alignment and goodness of fit. You coordinate market selection for new and renewal business
and help employees gain access to critical benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life
insurance, disability insurance, etc. You develop and maintain positive working relationships with carriers, payroll
companies, vendors, and other providers, including overseeing resolution of issues for clients. You partner with
Consultants and Advisors to present how our Core Values guide our service model to new prospects to help them
create new client relationships.
Your knowledge-sharing is a critical component in the mentoring and development of junior account managers and
account administrators by providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them improve their skills and
performance.
Requirements
You’ve received your bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, healthcare, or related field and
you’ve spent over five years in an employee benefits brokerage role. You hold a life and health insurance license or
will within 90 days of hire. You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook. You are also proficient with Adobe and CRM systems.
