Salary : $90,000 - $110,000+ depending on experience, plus bonuses!Full Job DescriptionADORE Homes is looking for a passionate and experienced Prefab ADU Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multiple prefab ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, scheduling contractors and vendors, resolving project management and construction challenges, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications.

You'll be making a direct impact on the lives of our clients by managing the construction of innovative backyard homes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Who we are : ADORE Homes, Inc. specializes in building adorable backyard homes, known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), off-site and delivering them straight to customers' backyards.

With a focus on optimizing space and using top-quality building materials, ADORE Homes provides turn-key service, from design to tenant selection.

These ADUs serve multiple purposes, from additional housing for family members to income-earning rental units, while ensuring a high level of craftsmanship, comfort, and design that meets the lifestyle needs of their clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Manage multiple prefab ADU projects simultaneously, from planning through completion.

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring the project meets specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Schedule and coordinate contractors, vendors, and other personnel to ensure seamless execution.-Proactively resolve day-to-day construction challenges and ensure all issues are managed promptly.
  • Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.-Track project schedules, budgets, and progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and take initiative in inspecting and improving finished work.-Collaborate with city officials for permitting, inspections, and approvals as needed.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the process.-Monitor safety and regulatory compliance on all job sites.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in single-family residential construction, with ADU exposure a plus.

  • Proven experience managing contractors, contracts, and complex schedules.-Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.-Experience with city permitting and inspections is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and a desire for high-level performance.-Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel to client meetings and project sites.-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
