Job Description
- managing the full life-cycle of large-scale industrial projects
- completing a project estimate
- working alongside the architect during the design phase
- reviewing subcontractor bids and selecting subcontractors
- visiting the job site weekly and providing progress reports to stakeholders
- ensuring the project is being completed according to schedule and budget

The Successful Applicant
- at least 1 year of experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or similar
- a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, engineering or similar
- commercial construction experience preferred
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving skills
- proficiency with Microsoft office
