What You’ll Do :
Identify promising webtoon / webnovel IPs to adapt from.
Shape narratives and visuals with creativity and excellent taste in script and anime.
Work closely with scriptwriters, artists, and animators to oversee production.
Be a versatile team player ready to write scripts, manage production, and utilize AI animation tools as needed.
Ensure production quality, maintain consistency across episodes, and make sure the creative direction resonates with the target audience.
Stay ahead of the latest AI tech and design our AI production workflow.
What We’re Looking For :
Deep love for anime, comics, and webtoons! You know what resonates with Gen Z.
A deep passion for storytelling, with an eye for what makes scripts and visual art shine.
3+ years' experience in anime, film, or TV series production.
Understand the importance of IP strategies and storytelling within the anime, webtoon, and short drama industries.
Experience or eagerness to learn and leverage AI tools and technologies to push creative boundaries.
Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and inspire innovation.
Located in the Bay Area or open to working remotely.
