With offices located in Anaheim, Glendale, Hong Kong, Orlando, Paris, Seattle, and Shanghai, the team develops technology that enhances both Cast and Guest experiences, ensuring unforgettable memories for visitors around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Product Manager in developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing initiatives based on business benefits and strategic direction.
- Lead the implementation of existing goals on the product roadmap for the food and beverage line of business.
- Gather, document, and champion requirements to ensure new product features achieve key objectives and meet business needs.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional matrix organization to align roadmaps and strategies, define requirements, guide work, and schedule releases.
- Partner closely with business, operations, and support teams to support new feature launches.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of our technologies through active collection of end-user feedback and prioritization of capabilities and refinement of OKRs.
- Develop a deep understanding of current systems and configurations to provide implementation direction and support as systems are used in new locations.
- Champion a framework for documenting technology and processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in technology initiatives and strategy.
- Extensive supply chain experience across all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Proven experience resolving technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at an executive level.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; adept at using data and metrics to support assumptions and develop business cases.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively, achieve actionable results, and build strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive ideas into action and take personal initiative.
- Experience working with bi-coastal and / or international teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong product leadership across multiple teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Specific experience with Food and Beverage Supply Chain ERPs (e.g., Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, CBORD).
- Experience implementing demand / supply forecasting using AI / ML (e.g., Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment).
- Experience implementing Supply Chain Services / Integration Platforms.
