Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic now hiring for a Full Time PT Tech / Aide.
Duties
- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of accredited program in medical administration and / or college, business or technical school preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and master policies and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
