Job Purpose : Provides support for the enterprise network services availability.Job Duties and Responsibilities : (Note : Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)Supports enterprise network services availability by implementing, maintaining and monitoring network performance, resolving intermediate network infrastructure, IP telephony, infrastructure cabling, network security technologies, Cisco routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Virtual Private Network, Unified Communication, Email Security, and Web Security, and providing data backup and recovery services to comply with disaster recovery plan.
- 50%Provides technical support for computer hardware and software by answering incoming help desk phone calls, providing personal service to computer users, installing PC hardware and software, configuring PC workstations and troubleshooting system failures.
