Responsibilities :
- Managing the schedules and calendars of the C-suite executives
- Coordinating and planning for internal and external events
- Overseeing the daily operations and functions of the office
- Processing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
- Ensuring smooth communication between executives and other team members
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Providing support in any additional administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintaining an organized filing system for important company documents
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
