We are providing a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant Hybrid - in Menlo Park, California.

The industry in question demands a professional who can efficiently manage the calendar of the C-suite, oversee office functions, coordinate events, and handle expense reporting.

This role is based in a dynamic work environment that requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the schedules and calendars of the C-suite executives
  • Coordinating and planning for internal and external events
  • Overseeing the daily operations and functions of the office
  • Processing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
  • Ensuring smooth communication between executives and other team members
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Providing support in any additional administrative tasks as required
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for important company documents
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information
  • Knowledge of 'Calendar Management'
  • Familiarity with 'C-Suite' operations
  • Experience in 'Event Coordination'
  • Proficiency in 'Expense Reporting'
  • Understanding of 'Office Functions'
