LCSW Clinical Program Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Program Manager who is passionate about leading transformative work in an organization dedicated to criminal and racial justice.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients Clinical Department, guiding and mentoring a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Your leadership will be key in shaping the future of their clinical services, ensuring that they continue to serve participants with the highest standards of care.
- Salary : $75-85,000 / year
- Location : New York, NY
- Work Model : Hybrid after 90 days, choose to WFH on Monday or Friday of each week

Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage clinical programs in compliance with regulations
- Manage a caseload and collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate into treatment plans and counseling approaches
- Oversee program operations within clinic settings, ensuring adherence to and coding standards
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Manage clinical staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development to staff.
Experience :
- LCSW required (SIFI preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of nonprofit project management experience
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical program management role
