Claims Examiner - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 95k / year - West Palm Beach, FL
Our client, a 30+ year third-party administrator, who offers property & casualty, employee benefits, managed care, and risk control services is looking for a seasoned Claims Examiner for commercial auto, general liability, and property claims.
Responsibilities :
- Review, process, investigate, and evaluate complex commercial auto, general liability casualty claims and first party property claims
- Manage a caseload of about 150-180 auto, GL, and first-party property claims including very complex claims
- Determine liability and evaluation of claims, refer cases to outside defense counsel, occasional on-scene investigations
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of handling government claims matter including FL sovereign immunity, Statute 768.
- FL Adjusters License.
Compensation :
- Base salary in the 85k 95k / year range

- In-office role with potential to visit accident sites.
