- How to Qualify. Minimum Qualifications : Degree : Certificate. Certification : Possess certification as a medical assistant.
Experience : Possess a minimum of one-year full-time experience in the last three years as a CMA. Citizenship : U.S. citizenship.
Credentialing : Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
