Requirements :

• Must have a real estate sales license.
• Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
• Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
• On-point and responsive.
• Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and technology applications.
• Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
• Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.

The Location : HFM Realty is licensed for real estate services in MA, RI, CT, NH, and ME. You can be an agent in your own town and county, be part of a regional real estate group, and be recognized individually in your sales territory.
