Construction Client Account Manager / Sales Rep

Location : Austin, TX | Hybrid Work

Pay : $60,000-65,000 base + Commission

We're looking for a superstar Client Account Manager / Sales Rep to join the team. In this rewarding role, you'll own all aspects of the sales cycle, support client success, and contribute to our shared growth. What You'll Do :

  • Nurture Lasting Connections : Build and strengthen client relationships to keep them happy, supported, and eager to grow with us.
  • Spot Opportunities Together : Use outreach tools including cold calls and networking to discover new ways to serve our industry partners.
  • Craft Win-Win Agreements : Guide contract negotiations that balance strong results for us with what clients truly need.
  • Team Up for Success : Partner with our marketing friends to create engaging plans that deepen client ties and boost our shared goals.
  • Stay Organized and Insightful : Use our CRM to track conversations, care for accounts, and uncover helpful trends from our data.
  • Be There When Needed : Offer prompt, caring support to resolve any concerns, ensuring clients always feel valued and heard.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in the world of commercial restoration sales or reconstruction sales roles, with a focus on account management.
  • A proven ability to negotiate thoughtfully, with successes in B2B deals that create mutual satisfaction.
  • Experience using various CRM platforms for sales outreach.
  • A heart for account care, focused on creating enduring, trusting partnerships.
  • Warm and clear communication skillsboth in person and on paperto connect authentically with all kinds of people.
