Assistant Warehouse Manager

This role supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining a safe, well-organized work environment.

Inventory integrity and accurately.  Plan effective strategies to improve inventory, stock accuracy, and reduction of inventory adjustments.

Check route trucks in and / or out for days route.

Use WebTL system to build loads for route trucks.

Customer Service- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Communication – Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency and communication between departments and corporate office.

Monitor and maintain appropriate training for team members.

Housekeeping – Monitor and ensure warehouse and work area is clean and operable.

Requirements :

• Industrial relevant experience preferred Must be proficient on computer Strong team leader skills Previous management skills preferred Forklift experience preferred Written and verbal communication Valid Driver’s License 21 years of age Excellent benefits and company perks!!
