Position Highlights :
- Join 3 Physicians, 1 APP, and Support Staff
- Outpatient Only
- Office hours are Monday-Friday 7 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
- 4 Day Work Week!
- Minimal Call (Phone Only) : Triage RN answering service in place
- Full scope FM Clinic - No OB
- Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology
