About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who enjoys digging into the details, mentoring a team, and making an impact. In this role, you’ll use your accounting expertise and problem-solving skills to keep financial records accurate and processes running smoothly. You’ll oversee key monthly responsibilities, guide a team of accountants, and partner across departments to resolve discrepancies and keep things on track.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and professional growth.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and reports — including complex transactions and balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and balance sheet data to ensure financial integrity.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies by working closely with managers across the business.
- Oversee month-end close, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurate.
- Conduct variance analysis of financial statements to identify trends and insights.
- Set clear goals with your team, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Take on special projects and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
