Home Care Plus, LLC is a locally owned and operated agency dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in the Mount Pleasant, SC area.

Our team is comprised of professional, reliable, and experienced caregivers who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Our office also has staffed two, tenured Caregivers that moved into administrative roles to assist in training, day to day case review, client management and more.

We are caregiver focused and aim to provide consistent support and motivation for our team.

Job Description : We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, helping them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration (if applicable).
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings (if needed).
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements :

• At least 1 year Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to pass a SLED Background Screening and Drug Test.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
