Opportunity to teach medical students

• Employed inpatient unit seeks BC / BE Psychiatrists to join their team
• Base salary range : $260,000-$275,000
• Schedule : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• 22-bed adult inpatient unit
• Call provided by hospitalists from 9 pm to 7 am - very limited
• Inpatient unit support staff consists of : 1 nurse manage, 2 RNs, 1 LPN, 2 CNAs, 1 unit secretary, and social service staff including 2 discharge planners
• Average unit statistics : inpatient census - 17, length of stay - 4 days, new patients daily - 3, admissions per day - 3, follow-ups per day - 14
