About The Position
Job Title : Licensed Clinical Social WorkerJob Specialty : Behavioral HealthJob Duration : 13 weeksShift : Variable shifts including three 10-hour shifts and one 5-hour shift;
up to 2 nights on call, may require weekend work.Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per weekExperience : Two years of clinical experience as a mental health counselorLicense : Alaska licensure as a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or PsychologistCertifications : BLSMust-Have : Master's degree in a behavioral health-related fieldJob Description : - Part of an intensive care team focusing on assessment and safety planning for individuals at high risk.
- Conduct crisis assessments and provide ongoing clinical support services.- Aim to prevent emergency out-of-area hospitalizations.
- Utilize equipment such as EPIC in the unit / department.- Cover up to three on-call days from 6 : 30 am to 10 : 30 pm.- Follow up with clients seen in the ER in the clinic during the week.
- Provide services in both hospital and clinic-based settings with a total bed capacity of up to 15 and an outpatient team census of up to 50.
- Required to complete service partner orientation and department-specific training.- Dress code : Business Casual
