Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies across laundry and surface care categories, while serving as a central point of contact for innovation.

Your key responsibilities

• Strategy : Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment across Global Consumer Brands, to accelerate growth
• Market Intelligence : Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and GCB needs through network participation.

Cross- pollinate learning.

• Innovation Portfolio Management : Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for GCBs.
• Business Case Support : Consolidate GCB inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.
• Deployment & Adaptation : Collaborate with global Marketing and Project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars.

Connect with customers

Performance Measurement : Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the GCB team's primary access point.

You bring

• Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment
• Overall 10+ years of experience in Perfumery industry and in Innovation space, working with global FMCG players
• Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies, particularly in laundry and surface care categories
• Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas
• Fluent in English
