A company is looking for a Remote Care Navigator (BCBA or Licensed OT) to support families in navigating mental health care services.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct introductory Kickoff Sessions with families to identify needs and connect them with servicesAssist families with non-clinical aspects of care, including scheduling and billingProvide administrative support, including creating super bills and invoicingRequired Qualifications and EducationHolds a BCBA credential or is a Licensed Occupational TherapistMaster's degree in Child Development, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience working with children and familiesExperience with electronic medical records and technology systemsComfortable in a remote startup environment
