Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful day-to-day operations of this location's preproduction, warehouse, and installation processes to ensure the goals of the company are met.
The Operations Manager ensures employees in their department are performing their job responsibilities and meeting or exceeding expectations as set out in their job descriptions.
This role has an overall view and is responsible for the performance of post-sale production and installation activities at this location.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage the installation function to meet install revenue goals while ensuring Net Promotor Scores (NPS) goals are achieved as agreed in the annual financial plans.
Monitor and manage the warehouse function to meet shipping / receiving / production service level agreements.
Evaluate P&L line-item performance and ensure corrective action is taken to meet COGS objectives and in alignment with company benchmarks.
Identify business challenges and areas of opportunity with regards to workflow and processes.
Support the recruiting, selection, hiring / terminating for all Warehouse, Project Management, Complexity Review and Install team members.
Ensure new hires demonstrate appropriate skill and value alignment and are self-motivated to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Lead the implementation of all training and certification programs for team members in their area of responsibility.
Hold daily, weekly, monthly preproduction, warehouse, and installation huddles / meetings, as necessary
Ensure that all benchmarks are hit in each of the areas of responsibility. Benchmarks include, but not limited to preproduction file readiness lead time, warehouse lead time, truck loading time, overall time and labor efficiency.
