Digital Sales Account Manager

Location : Nashville, TN (On-site)

Job Summary : We are seeking a Digital Sales Account Manager to secure new business from SME customers. You will leverage sales strategies to expand our client base, cultivate lasting relationships, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and implement proactive renewal strategies.
  • Address and resolve escalations and post-sales issues.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation and revenue growth.
  • Drive tactical sales motions using data-driven insights.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data trends.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization.

What You Offer :

  • Located in Nashville, TN (or willingness to relocate)
  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of tech sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a bonus
  • Ability to build relationships and handle customer onboarding
  • Resilience and ability to face rejection

Target Compensation : $90-110K (mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
