Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated software developer to implement design solutions in a rapid and agile manner and to identify, diagnose, and implement innovative solutions to solve software defects, as appropriate.
Requirements : Basic Requirements :
Basic Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years software development experience using Java.
- Strong object-oriented development background.
- Familiar with industry software development standards.
- Experience in Linux / windows shell scripting.
- Ability to test / debug software.
- Maintaining software using version control tools.
Desired Qualification :
- Knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, Python.
- DevOps experience
- Knowledge of modern web-services.
- Experience with Industry best-practice software development and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with software development standards and with the capabilities of related Department of Defense software systems.
- Knowledge of military simulation systems.
