Base salary of $850-900 per week. Total first-year compensation $55-65K+ no limit; healthcare, retirement, and PTO

This locally owned thriving Cheektowaga business is looking for a highly organized and energetic person to join the team as an Account Manager.

We need someone with excellent sales and cold-calling skills and the ability to maintain star-quality customer relationships.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for servicing member accounts and assuring the profitability of each assigned account.

You will maintain professional knowledge about flooring products to educate and service Members and Clients. You will also possess the ability to inspire the trust of others with respect, morals, and accepting responsibility for your actions.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in design sales or flooring sales. To perform well in this role, you must have excellent customer service and presentation skills to present product options that meet the customer's needs.

By the end of your first year :

  • Upholding the values, principles, and goals of ProSource Wholesale, you will have built and maintained a positive relationship with your territory of Trade Pro Members and their Clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
  • Through leads provided to you by ProSource, leads you have found locally, and web leads, you will have Prospected and brought many new Members into the ProSource family.
  • You will have gained a vast knowledge of flooring, cabinets, and countertops by attending training and vendor events.
  • You will have built a strong, supportive partnership with an energetic group of team players who have a LOT of fun at work, and you will look forward to working with us for years to come.
