Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Pittsburgh office.
This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties.
Requirements :
- Valid LPN License
- Physical within one year
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid CPR certification
Responsibilities :
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
