Assistant Event Manager : Paid Training/ Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Event Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level position comes with paid training and offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in event management while supporting the planning and execution of high-impact events.

Event Management Support : Collaborate with the Event Manager to manage event schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Supervision : Help oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations. Attendee Engagement : Engage with event attendees to enhance their experience and provide information.

Promotional Support : Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for events. Event Monitoring : Monitor event activities and proactively address any issues that may arise.

Administrative Assistance : Provide administrative support, including preparing event reports and tracking performance metrics.

Strategic Collaboration : Work with the team to develop and implement effective event strategies. Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Organizational and multitasking abilities . Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Enthusiasm for event management and event planning. Previous experience in event planning or management is a plus but not required.
