Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated  RN Case Manager  to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring patients' comfort and well-being.

  • Care Coordination
  • Advocacy and Patient Education
  • Utilization Review and Resource Management
  • Documentation and Compliance

    • Requirements

  • A minimum 1+ years of  RN Case Manager Experience- Required
  • Acute care hospital experience in both UM and Care Coordination - Required
  • BLS (AHA) - required
  • RN CA License - Required
