Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support and engage operations team lead to ensure sufficient buy-in and adoption for transformation journey for culture and people
- Design, coordinate and implement programs and events to properly address voice of employee and continuously boost people’s engagement in hybrid working
- Manage competing agendas of reskill and upskill programs for building future of workforce
- Provide end to end support on any internal and external award pitching for boosting up operation service excellence
- Build and embrace change mindset to drive for changes in Operations’ ways of working for implementing change
- Conceptualize and execute new initiatives and campaigns or events to drive change management mindset and culture
- Lead and manage ONE Family team to support and deliver agreeable services and outcomes
- Work closely with operation leads and key stakeholders to identify opportunity for driving operations transformation journey for people
- Act as a subject matter expert in people agenda and operation service excellence for sharing knowledge to other teams
Requirements
- University graduates in Business administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, people transformation, learning development
- Experienced in planning and organizing internal and external events
- Draw insights from data-driven approach for transformation and engagement plans for people
- Design media content as production for internal communication
- Ability to work under tight deadline, handle multiple projects as well as responsive to ad-hoc request
- Strong analytical, presentation and campaign management skills
- Passionate at connecting with people for driving change with emotional intelligence
- Good hand-on experience in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe creative suites is preferred
- Good team player, initiative, detailed oriented and able to solve problem independently
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
