We are seeking an established and gritty sales leader in Kansas City or Wichita, Kansas to join our dynamic team and aggressively drive sales growth through national and regional distribution channels and our e-commerce platform.
What we offer :
- Total Compensation package in excess of $200,000 with a base salary of $50,000.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional accounts, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets.
- Assist in developing and managing sales forecasts (both dollar and unit) to ensure accurate planning.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to specific audiences.
- Communicate with the Supply Chain team to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
- Represent the company at trade shows, sales meetings, and account events as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, results, and market insights.
- Continuously improve professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
We're excited, if this is you :
- 3-5 years of distribution sales experience, familiarity with agricultural or outdoor products helpful.
- Excellent sales track record and an established network of distribution partners.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in the outdoor power equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Effective presentation, closing and negotiation skills.
- Proficient at territory management and prospecting.
- B2B cold calling experience is required.
