Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will instruct, troubleshoot, program, and repair complex machinery, electrical systems, and robotics.

You will troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems including 480v 3 phase, robotics, VFD's, and PLC's (preferred but not required).

You will be a technical resource to production, assist in correcting machine failures, install new equipment, support process improvements, and maintain facilities repairs as needed.

Welding and fabrication skills are a huge plus. You will follow graphic, written, and verbal directions and specifications, analyze malfunctioning machines and systems, and perform repairs or modifications to production equipment.

You will utilize documentation such as equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints along with operating specifications.

Other duties as assigned.

• Troubleshooting complex machinery
• Programming and repairing electrical systems
• Robotics (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Panasonic)
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Electrical systems (including 480v 3 phase)
• VFD's and PLC's
• Welding and fabrication
• Reading and following schematics and blueprints

Work Environment

2nd shift (3 positions) 4 : 30pm - 1 : 00 am Monday - Friday. Overtime may be required, anticipating about 50 hours per week on average.
