10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for OTR (over‑the‑road) routes. This opportunity is well suited to professional truck drivers seeking reliable bi‑weekly home time and competitive per‑mile compensation.
Compensation and schedule
- Pay : $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience).
- Typical weekly mileage : ~2,500 miles.
- Estimated weekly pay : $1,500+ (varies with miles and home time).
- Pay frequency : bi‑weekly direct deposit.
- Home time : bi‑weekly (home every other week).
Equipment and freight
Company tractors with dry‑van and refrigerated (reefer) trailers.Primarily no‑touch / drop‑and‑hook freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook).OTR routes across the continental United States.Primary duties and responsibilities
Operate company tractor safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.Perform drop‑and‑hook deliveries and occasional live loading / unloading as required.Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driver paperwork; comply with hours‑of‑service rules.Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report defects and maintenance needs promptly.Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders.Adhere to company safety standards and trucking industry best practices at all times.Minimum qualifications
Valid, current Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).Verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience : 3 months within the last 12 months, or 6 months within the last 18 months, or 12 months within the last 24 months.No DWI(s) within the past 7 years.No more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.No preventable DOT‑reportable accidents in the past 3 years.Ability to pass pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen; meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.No refusal or failure of required drug tests.Benefits
