Job Description
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile DevOps enabled Admin and Development teams within the Salesforce ecosystem for 6+ years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills that create effective cross team collaboration between business and technical focused teams and personnel.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management and business partners across different domains.
- Demonstrated experience operating within a matrixed organization with a strong focus on enabling business capabilities through partnership and collaboration.
- Comfortable working with a global admin and development team working across many different time zones, geographies, and cultures.
- Demonstrated focus on customer and employee satisfaction and enablement.
- Experience with ETL tools and API management tools a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred with 8+ years of experience in defining, architecting and building software-based IT solutions.
