Custom Software Engineering Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Nashville, TN) : Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Custom Software Engineering Associate Manager in Nashville, TN, and the job duties are as follows :

• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major / minor enhancements, and / or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
• Supervise a team to gather and translate user and system requirements into design specifications.
• Supervise application design and architecture components.
• Supervise process, functional, and technical design activities.
• Lead business requirements sessions to identify configuration requirements.
• Lead successful teams with onshore and / or offshore staff.
• Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC / budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following :

• Full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations;
• Developing and customizing applications or systems using JavaScript;
• Designing, configuring, testing, and customizing SAP Ariba applications including, Sourcing, Contracting, SLP, B&I, and APIs;
• Working on integrations for systems common to the SAP Ariba eco-system;
• Utilizing SAP Ariba applications for data conversions, interfaces, integrations, reporting, and customizations; and
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, and reliable performance solutions to extend, and interact with SAP Ariba.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
