Talentrys client is looking for an eager Outside Sales Representative orTerritory Business Manager to cover the Greater Miami FL Metroarea.
The appropriate rep will work from home on a hybrid basis toperform 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales buildingrelationships in the territory for selling medical supplies for aquickly growing nationalcompany.
Thecompany provides rigorous training existing territory revenue andan opportunity for uncapped commissions. This Rep will develop andimplement a strategic territory plan in conjunction with theRegional Sales Manager.
He or she will work on developingrelationships and understand the client s needs growing sales andexpanding the territory and establish him or herself as a trustedresource / subject matter expert on the disease states covered byour growing national client s medicalsolutions.

Requirements
Requirements :
25years of sales experience including outside sales. Experience withsales in the medical field is a strongplus.
Ability to work on a hybridbasis.
Ability to managetime / schedule / priorities in a highvolume sales environmentneeded.
Salesforce experience is aplus.

Compensation :
Thebase salary is between 55k and 66.5k depending on experience. Theontarget earnings (OTE) for these roles is 100k the first year150175k the second year and higher (uncapped) in the subsequentyears.
We have placed reps with this company and most of them areahead oftarget.
Requirements : 2-5 years of sales experience, including outsidesales. Experience with sales in the medical field is a strong plus.
Ability to work on a hybrid basis. Ability to managetime / schedule / priorities in a high-volume sales environment needed.
