Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) - LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)
Become an integral part of our long-term acute care team as an LPN / LVN, providing specialized treatment and extended care to patients with complex, serious medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive bedside care, including administering medications and monitoring vitals.
- Assist in managing complex patient needs, such as wound care and IV therapy.
- Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with registered nurses and physicians.
- Educate patients and families on the care process, post-discharge needs, and rehabilitation goals.
- Adhere to strict infection control practices and safety regulations.
Work Environment :
