Job details Spherion Staffing has two Customer Service Representative positions available. The Customer Service Representative serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
Pay $19.50 / hour
Monday-Friday 5 : 30 am-2 pm and 9 : 30 am-6 pm
- Responsibilities :
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
