Group Benefits Account Manager - Enrollment Services - Base Salary to 70k / year - Oradell, NJ
Our client, a 10+ year enrollment services provider, is looking for a Group Benefits Account Manager to join their team in the Oradell, NJ area.
They provide Voluntary Insurance Benefits, voluntary enrollment processes and payroll administration / billing services for employers.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a book of employer accounts (30 or so annually) & implementing annual enrollment processes
- Work with the Sales Director, carrier, and client to implement enrollment & develop strategy
- Conduct status meetings
- Resolve customer complaints
- Manage enrollments using benefit administrative software
- Create sales material for onsite sales staff
Qualifications :
- Employee Navigator, EASE, or Selerix a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.
- Life & Health Licensed.
- 3+ year experience in employee benefits.
Compensation :
- Base salary in the 55k 70k / year range, plus bonuses.
- Health insurance, life, paid holidays, and PTO.
- Hybrid schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
