Job summary : Seeking a high energy, compassionate sales and marketing professional whose primary function is to generate and maintain leads from various referral sources while being a liaison between BrightStar Home Care of Carrollton / Frisco and the community in the Carrollton / Frisco TX area.
- Promotes home health services by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with Case Managers in hospitals, Senior Living communities, the VA, and physician offices;
- Meets growth and development targets;
- Maintains high standards of quality customer service;
- Generates appropriate referrals and communicates with Intake Coordinator;
- Develops a comprehensive market plan;
- Actively establishes and maintains market acceptance;
- Becomes a resource for the customer and the community.
5-10+ years experience in healthcare marketing in the local area strongly preferred
