Renewal Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Case Manager to join our housing services team.
This opportunity offers a meaningful role in helping low-income families secure and maintain stable housing.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop housing support plans with early intervention strategies to prevent housing instability.
- Provide proactive support to reduce the risk of eviction through conflict resolution, coaching, and landlord communication.
- Offer education on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.
- Connect families with community-based resources and services.
- Support families in developing independent living and household management skills.
- Serve as liaison to school district homeless liaisons and community partners.
- Provide relocation assistance and serve as back-up to the Housing Navigator.
- Supervise staff and ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Maintain accurate client data in HMIS (Homeless Management Information System).
Qualifications :
Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. 1 year of supervisory experience.Knowledge of community resources and housing systems.Trained (or willingness to be trained) in Coordinated Entry, HMIS, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and cultural competency.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse or high-needs populations.Preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in homelessness and housing services.Compensation & Benefits :
