Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Bookkeeping Team Manager).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of bookkeepers to ensure accurate financials and adherence to policies

Oversee the review of weekly and monthly financials and build client relationships

Prepare and review monthly financial reports and implement process improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in an accounting environment

Technical expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Word and Excel

Demonstrated success in multi-client environments

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
