SCHEDULE Unit accepts 1st time travelers 3 years experience required Patient Age Group : Adults- Geriatrics Staffing Ratio : 1 : 1 Call : variable Certifications Required : BCLS Scrub, Circulate- preferred Unit Systems : Pyxis, EPIC (REQUIRED), SBAR Service lines : Bariatrics Urology Neurology (required) ENT Oral Plastics Transplant (required) Ophthalmology General surgery (required) GYN (required) Orthopedics (required) MAX RTO 7 Days HOLIDAYS : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.

If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Major Holidays are listed below : Memorial Day : Monday, May 27 Independence Day : Thursday, July 4 Labor Day : Monday, September 2 FULL compliance required to start on time;

if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule *Pre-Screen* - Candidate will be sent to Clinical Review
