Compensation :
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to staff
- Maintain and troubleshoot company networking and laptop issues
- Maintain company Oracle portal application and database
- Assist in data conversions and migrations
- Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access
- Maintain technological equipment, including printers, phones, copiers, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Oracle portal / database management and help desk support
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Familiar with SQL language
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Prior experience in the commercial lending industry is a plus
