Snarfburger, a beloved fast-casual burger chain, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. We are committed to delivering the finest burgers to our loyal customers.

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in upholding our high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook burgers according to Snarf's recipes and guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments efficiently.
• Navigate the Snarf’s app to assist customers with points or purchase questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of flattops, counters, workstations, and fryers.
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients throughout food preparation.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Embrace flexibility in scheduling, with availability for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
• Comfortable with bussing tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing orders accurately.
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic cafe setting.
• Prior experience in a grocery store or similar food service environment is beneficial.
